I am the Certified New Home Specialist™ for the Haymaker Team, of RE/MAX 1st Realty, bringing highly specialized training in building, design, development, and new construction techniques to aid buyers, sellers, and builders in buying or selling a home in any of the fine communities in our area.

I am licensed in both West Virginia and Virginia. My Resume includes service in the US Army at Ft. Bragg, NC, in the 65th Military Police Company, as a Military Police Officer. I have also served in the Virginia National Guard at Ft. Belvoir, VA, 29th Light Infantry Division. I studied Honors Government and Police Science at Northern Virginia Community College. I have been a Property Manager in Section 236 Cooperative Housing and Section 236 Rentals for 8 years in Northern Virginia. I have Specialized training in the field of Fair Housing and Occupancy for over 8 years. I Sell and List Real Estate; New and Existing Homes, Commercial, Land, Farm, Estate and Planned Community Sales.
